One of my goals for 2018 is to do yoga everyday. I used to make yoga such an important part of my daily routine, and for some reason I replaced it with other activities. Still, it is good to mix it up. l am still going to run, I am still going to partake in martial arts and spinning at the Y on central, but I also want to make sure I get back to the mat. I found so much of who I am on my yoga mat, and I plan to get back to that. Below are some of my favorite yoga looks, and I just can’t wait to jump into them!
